~Ordering~
You can fill out the form above, or email orders at alteredstatement dot com, making a request for the item (s) you would like to purchase. Unless item is purchased through Etsy it is not guaranteed available. When you submit your order request you will get one of two emails, one saying the item is available and giving you further instructions or an automated email saying it is not available. Orders will be filled in the order they are taken and will be marked sold when it is no longer available. Ordering requests must be paid within 48 hours of request or payment arrangements must be communicated and agreed upon.
~Payments~
Credit cards, debit cards, and echecks are all accepted through Paypal. Paypal is a secure payment service used all over the internet including Ebay and Etsy. If you need any assistance, please ask. When an order is requested a paypal payment request will be sent. Please follow the instructions given in the email.
~Shipping~
We will ship orders within 48 hours of payment through USPS priority shipping. You will receive an email when your item has shipped and will include deliver confirmation and tracking number.
~Custom Ordering~
We may be taking a limited number of custom order on clothing from July 10-August 10th, to be filled by the end of August 2008. We will be offering this to our mailinglist first and will be on a first order first serve basis.

~Returns~
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 48 hours of your orders delivery. Item must be returned within 7 days and a store credit will be issued. Please check your measurements Click Here
All sales are final after 7 days of delivery.
~Care of your hand dyed items~
Please wash your fabric before using. Small amounts of dye may continue to wash away, but should not have an effect on the overall color of the fabric or 'bleeding' onto other colors. Please read about our hand dyeing techniques on our website.
All items can be machine washed on Cold/Gentle and machine dried on Low heat. Hand washing and line-air drying are recommended, but are not necessary.
Some items by be marked Dry Clean Only.
Wash fabrics with like colors.
